At Dixie Pixie we want you to love your swimsuit. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we will accept the item(s) back in new condition with tags and liners attached for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

You can return any item that is not marked final sale in your customer account portal. Log into your account and select the item you wish to return, then click 'request return'. Once we see the request, we will upload the label which you will then use to ship the item back to us, free of charge.

We are a small company and every item is made to order so please make sure the item is unworn (bottoms are tried on over top of underwear) with hygiene liners and tags attached. If the item is visibly worn and/or does not have tags and/or liners, we are sorry, but we cannot provide you with a refund at this time.

We process all exchanges as returns, so if you want to change for another size or color of the same item, please complete the return process as outlined above.

At any point during the return process, feel free to purchase the correct size or color of the item.

Expect a refund to credit your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we have received your returned item, more or less depending on your bank's policies.

We will also update your customer account, letting you know we have received your item and to expect your refund soon.
